Following a short consultation, you receive a customised meditation and sound healing session.

What it's all about:
Whether you would need to relax and de-stress, sleep better, or encourage the body to heal itself, this session will be personally recording for you to listen to regularly. You can pop your headphones in and take time to absorb the deeply restorative vibrations of my wonderful set of Tibetan Singing Bowls, which will be played with the full intention and purpose of helping you with whatever you need to release or bring in right now. Th recording is 45 minutes, including guided tune in meditation.
Cancellation Policy
If Heron Moon reschedules or cancels you will be asked if you would like to change your booking to another day, session or product etc. You may also receive a credit note or refund. Or you may gift your booking to someone else. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. If possible, in exceptional circumstances, we will move your booking to another day, session or product etc, or issue a credit note.
