Cancellation Policy

Refunds and exchanges: The payment is non-refundable, unless we have to cancel for any reason. If you find you are unable to make the course or session, for any reason, we will exchange for future training courses/sessions, provided there is/are spaces available. If possible, in exceptional circumstances, we will move your booking to another day, session or product etc, or issue a credit note.
