The Sleepy Sound Sessions Online

The Sound Sessions Online started in March 2020 and has been running ever since.

We are a small friendly group, we now meet online (in a private FACEBOOK group) every other Tuesday at 8.45pm for an hour and half.  We also hold courses sometimes on the Tuesdays inbetween.  So recently we had 7 Chakra Healing Sessions, which were really well received.

This has been a subscription-only service for a long time, but we are now opening up for new members :)

Here's how it works:

• You pay per session - £11, or join as an Unlimited Sound Member for £20 per month (which then includes all the extras too)
• You request access to the Private Facebook Group 
• You tune in LIVE for the session

Here's some benefits:

• Because it is Facebook Live you can't be seen or heard - so you can join in bed in your pj's, or in the bath... wherever you are comfy and relaxed!
• You can watch back later if you like - anytime... over and over too if you fancy it!
• You receive an oracle card reading if you join live - and we chat via the group
• The sound via Facebook LIVE through an iphone is very very good. Which is why we chose to abandon the fancy microphones etc...Especially if you wear headphones.  You are bound to benefit and likely to fall asleep - it's amazing for those who struggle to sleep well usually...
• You feel the connection to the rest of the group, sharing via chat without it being too full on.

NB: Sound Meditations are designed to help you feel well.  However, from time to time you may experience revelations or emotions that may be difficult, but will always be useful and enlightening.  My full support is available before and after sessions to ensure you are able to process whatever arises.  Your wellbeing is of paramount importance at all times.

If you find it uncomfortable to lie on the floor you are invited to sit up with props, or use a chair.  If you are pregnant, or suffer with epilepsy, please reach out in advance of booking the session.
