Each week we discover more about each sacred energy field, learn the Sanskrit name and symbol, where it is positioned and which organs it relates to, how to recognise if your energy is under or over-developed in that particular area and find out how to create balance, with colour and intention setting.  🙏🏼

Includes a chakra-focused guided meditation and a 40-minute sound-healing session with Tibetan Singing Bowls, plus an information sheet to download each week. 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🧘🏾 🧘‍♂️
