As Winter gives way to Spring, the energy of a fresh start is in the air. After a period of resting throughout the darker months, it is time to re-emerge from our cocoons. 

Awakening Women’s Circle presents a day to restore, renew and reinvigorate for the coming season.

• What seeds have you been nurturing that are now ready to grow? 
• As nature reawakens and the first buds of Spring appear, what is awakening in you?

This retreat day focuses on shedding off the Winter slumber and choosing how to shine your light in the world once more. 

A full day of inspiring activities with plenty of breaks for tea and lunch.

The retreat includes:

• Opening ceremony
• Sharing circle
• Meditation
• Spring renewal exercise
• Journaling
• Individual oracle card readings
• Sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls
• And more…

There is a three-tier ticketing system:

£35 Retreat Day - ticket only

£25 concession (for those in financial difficulty)

10.30am – 11.30am Opening Ceremony and sharing circle

11.30am – 12pm  Tea Break

12pm – 1pm  Spring renewal workshop

1pm- 2.30pm  Lunch Break

2.30pm – 3.30pm Oracle Card Readings

3.30pm – 4pm Tea Break

4pm – 5pm  Sound Healing Session

5-5.30pm  Closing Ceremony
