Soothing Sunday Sound Baths are the perfect antidote to a busy week.  Come along and partake in a guided meditation, then allow the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls to whisk you off into a deep state of relaxation.  A perfect way to take care of yourself in a soothing and supportive space.  Purchase a drop in for £15, or 4 tickets for just £50.  Spaces are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
