Release and Renew Mini-Retreat

Take a Sunday afternoon for yourself to retreat and relax in beautiful surroundings at this spectacular venue in Brook, with views over the south downs.

We hope for a gorgeous sunny day, so we can make use of one of the well-manicured lawns, in 17 acres, surrounded by established trees, flowers and shrubs, with mindful walking and then coming into the sumptous lounge for journaling and a releasing sound bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls.

The retreat afternoon is themed in-line with the full moon in Pisces, which occurs a few days before.

• There will be a guided visualisation
• Following this you will complete journaling pages around this theme, to help you discover your joy
• There will be a guided meditation
• And a full-moon inspired sound bath, with tibetan singing bowls to close
• You will have a lovely goody bag to take away

Please come in comfy clothes and bring a mat, a cushion and a blanket, if possible.  Everything else will be provided.
