Prime Place - Immersive Sound Meditation

Due to popular demand, I am running an exclusive outdoor immersive sound meditation for the residents and friends of Prime Place ~ so please feel free to bring anyone along with you.

I am running it at 8pm to not interfere with kids bedtimes and hopefully it will be in the 'golden hour' :)

All you have to do is follow the link to book and pay a donation of your choice - NB: Suggested amount is between £5-£20.  Sound Sessions are usually £20 for one and £30 for two.

What to expect: a relaxing, restorative session, to help you unwind.  No previous expereince necessary.

Please bring with you:  a yoga mat, or similar to lie on, a pillow, an eye mask (optional) and a blanket.  Wear soft, comfy clothes, including socks.

NB: This event is weather dependent.  If it is wet we will rearrange for another time suitable for all.
