New Moon Yoga and Sound Bath

As the new moon rises in Virgo, join us for this deliciously nourishing yoga and sound bath ~ set intentions and manifest your desires for the coming weeks ahead.  Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

🖐 IMPORTANT :: We are extremely happy to be able to start gently rolling out these events again, but we need your co-operation please friends. Please only book a spot if you are happy to respect government guidelines regarding social distancing. You will need to bring your own mat plus bolster or cushion, and blanket. As we are so limited on numbers I am afraid booking is non-refundable unless we are unable to run the event. We appreciate your understanding around this - such is the time we live in right now.  ⭐️ If you would like to purchase a bolster we can bring one to the event for you - these cost £30 and are truly non essential - a pillow will be more than enough for this practice BUT a bolster might be super lovely for you to have to take away and use at home going forwards for our own relaxation practices
