Immersive Sound Healing Meditation

Join a cosy sound healing meditation in the Sussex Country Yurt to let go of the week and relax into the weekend.

Join our Friday night treat of self-care and relaxation as you are guided into a blissful sound meditation with Heron Moon.

Includes:

Guided visualisation/meditation or yoga nidra, followed by a Tibetan Singing Bowls sound bath.

No experience necessary - bring a pillow, socks, eye pillow, blanket and anything else you need to build your cosy rest-nest for relaxation.

This is a deeply nourishing and healing practice, beneficial for mental and physically health and wellbeing.

NB: Incense is usually used, please let us know in advance if you are allergic, so we can give it a miss this time! :)
