Happy and Content Mini-Retreat

Take a Sunday afternoon for yourself to retreat and relax in beautiful surroundings at this spectacular venue in Brook, with views over the south downs.

We hope for a gorgeous sunny day, so we can make use of one of the well-manicured lawns, in 17 acres, surrounded by established trees, flowers and shrubs, with the opportunity to take things into the studio if the weather demands.

The retreat afternoon is themed in-line with the full moon in aquarius, which occurs on this very same day and brings with it feel-good vibes....promising contentment and happiness.

• There will be a guided visualisation
• Following this you will complete journaling pages around this theme, to help you discover your joy
• Helen from Camomile Lawn will be guiding throughout with aromatherapy oils
• There will be a guided meditation
• And a full-moon inspired sound bath, with tibetan singing bowls to close
• You will have a lovely goody bag to take away

Please come in comfy clothes and bring a mat, a cushion and a blanket, if possible.  Everything else will be provided.
