About the Event
As part of the Holistic Taster Day at Surrey Holistic, you’re warmly invited to join one of my two (45-minute) complimentary sound meditations.
A soundbath is an immersive experience of sound and vibration, created with instruments such as gongs and singing bowls. Each person’s journey is unique — the sounds may support rest, release, insight, or simply a new way of experiencing yourself.
Each session is limited to 10 participants, so please RSVP early to avoid disappointment.
What to Bring:

Cushion or pillow
