End of Year Journalling and Sound Meditation

About the Event
We will start with a guided meditation to settle in to the space. Then, with comforting tea and a lovely little snack, we will open up to the journalling exercise, which will explore what you would like to release now at the end of 2020.
Then you will get comfortable and enjoy a soothing sound bath, designed to help you really let go.
It promises to be a lovely session, to help you feel relaxed and ready to step into the coming year with clarity and confidence.
Please bring with you:
- A Journal and pen
- A banket, pillow, yoga mat and socks! Maybe an eye mask if you need it.
Tea and vegan treat will be provided. All Covid measures will be adhered to.
There are just 8 spaces available to ensure social distancing. So please book early to avoid disappointment.
